FINDING A PATCH | CLOSE WINDOW

There are three ways to browse our stock patches as follows.
BROWSE BY CATEGORY - Click on a category in the side bar on the left of your screen to view all of the patches available in that category. Then click on the thumbnail to display the product details.
BROWSE BY TITLE - Click on the "Patch List" link in the navigation bar at the top of the page to view a listing of all the patches in the Patch Store. To display the product details for any line item, just click on the underlined product code link.
SEARCH BY KEYWORD - To search for a patch by keyword(s), click on the "Search" link in the navigation bar at the top of the page. Then type your keyword exactly in the space provided and hit enter. This search feature will find only standard alphanumeric characters and exact matches to your keyword(s). To yield the best results, use the shortest unique word or phrase possible. For example, don't search for "camping" if you can search for "camp" instead. A search for the word "camping" will only return results containing the word "camping". However, the keyword "camp" will find "camp", "camper", "camping", "camps", etc.

ADD TO BASKET - You can add products to your shopping basket from the patch details page for the patch you've selected. Simply type the quantity you desire in the quantity blank and press enter or click on the "Add to Basket" button. You can only add patches to your basket in this way and every time you click on the "Add to Basket" button, the quantity showing in the quantity blank will be added to the basket. The total quantity in the basket is shown at the top of the patch details.
CHECK BASKET CONTENTS - Be sure to check the contents of your basket to ensure you have all the items you want and the quantities desired before checking out. At any time during your shopping session, you can view and change the contents of your basket simply by clicking on the "Basket" link in the navigation bar. Note that the total price shown is the patch total only and does not include tax and freight costs which will be added when checking out.

The checkout process involves six separate steps and web pages. It has been designed to be as user friendly and secure as possible. You'll find it's a simple and easy to follow process which will go quickly and with minimal effort.
1. ADDRESS PAGE - When you click the "Checkout" link at the right end of the navigation bar, you will be transferred to an encrypted secure server so you can be assured your personal information will be safely communicated over the internet. The first page you'll see is the personal info page where you can enter your shipping and billing information. The shipping info should be where you want your patches shipped. The billing info should be the name and address to which your credit card is billed. If both shipping and billing info are the same, you only need complete the shipping info and the billing info will be automatically entered for you. When you are sure your info is correctly entered, click the "Continue" button at the bottom right side of your screen to go to the "Options" page.
2. OPTIONS PAGE - This page will display your ordering information at the top so you can confirm your order and shipping and billing info is correct. At the bottom of the page are drop down lists for shipping method and credit card type. Simply click on these boxes and make your selections. Be sure to select from both boxes. Then click the "Continue" button at the bottom right side of your screen to go to the "Credit Card Info" page.
3. CREDIT CARD PAGE - This page will display all of your order information including your total with tax (if any) and freight costs included. The bottom line total is the amount which will be billed to your credit card. At the bottom of the screen are two boxes for your credit card info. Simply enter the credit card number in the top box and the expiration date in the bottom box. Then click the "Continue" button at the lower right side of your screen to begin the electronic transaction.
4. CONFIRMATION PAGE - This page shows your ordering information and gives you one last opportunity to verify the accuracy of your order info before processing begins. At the bottom of the page are two buttons. Select the appropriate button to either begin processing or to go back and make changes. If you opt to continue processing, your credit card info will be electronically passed to Verisign® for transaction approval. Note that this information is communicated via a secure server only to Verisign® and your credit card company. Even The Patch Connection, Inc. is "blind" to the credit card account to ensure it is as secure as possible.
5. TRANSACTION APPROVAL PAGE - If your credit card order is approved, you will be taken to the "Thank You" page. You order details appear on this page and you can print them out if you want a hard copy record of your transaction. A copy will be emailed to your email address automatically. Note that your credit card number does not appear on this page and will not appear in your email receipt. A unique reference number identifying your transaction appears at the top of the page and you can make a note of it for future reference if you desire. The reference number is for banking purposes only. Your emailed receipt will have a different number for identifying your order, an "Order Number" should you have to call The Patch Connection, Inc. regarding your order. To continue to the last page in the checkout process, click the "Continue" button at the bottom of your screen.
6. TRANSACTION COMPLETE PAGE - This page displays your order information including the order number. You can print out this page if you require a hard copy although your emailed receipt will also serve as a record of the order for your reference. At this point, your order is complete and processed and you can move on to other things with our thanks.

MINIMUM ORDER - Our minimum order is $10 (not including shipping & tax). If your purchase is less, consider ordering something for a friend or use the "buddy system" and combine your order with that of a friend or associate.
LARGE ORDERS - We offer quantity discounts for orders including more than 100 pcs of any one patch. Please call for large orders to ensure you enjoy the best possible value.
COOKIES - This website uses cookies to keep track of what's in your shopping basket. You can leave the Patch Store or even the website for up to an hour and your basket contents will remain intact. Therefore will need to have cookies enabled on your browser to shop. We do not use cookies for data mining, tracking, or storing personal information.
IMAGE SIZES - When viewing patch pictures, remember the colors and sizes may vary from the actual product depending on your computer and browser. To determine size, use the size indicated in the specifications uder product details and not the size of the image on your screen. Colors are a function of your monitor settings and may or may not be true.
TIME MATTERS - If you have time concerns or must have your patches for an event, consider calling us for a stock check before ordering online. We might be able to make special arrangements for you whereas the online order will be processed routinely. For example, you may want to place an order for those items which we have in stock and a separate order for backorders. This could ensure you receive the items you need immediately with the balance of your total order filled at a later date.

The information in this subsection applies only to nonretail orders. Retailers who do not have an account with The Patch Connection should contact us for our wholesale prices and reseller policy information.
PRODUCT WARRANTY - All patches are guaranteed against defects in manufacturing for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. Defective merchandise must be returned to The Patch Connection, Inc. for replacement or refund. The Patch Connection, Inc. will not replace returned discontinued items and will refund the original cost of the returned goods pursuant to our approval of the warranty claim.
PRODUCT DELIVERY - All approved credit card orders will be shipped within two business days provided all of the patches ordered are in stock. Mail orders will be shipped within 10 business days of receipt of the orders and payment. If one or more patches are back ordered, the entire order will be held until all items are in stock and can be shipped together. We do not make partial shipments without special arrangements. Therefore, if time is a concern, please call for a stock check before ordering. We will make every effort to accommodate your special delivery requirements.
RETURNS & REFUNDS - Returned goods are only accepted under warranty. Special arrangements may be made for non-warranty returns, however restocking charges will apply. Therefore, please buy only the quantity you need.
SAMPLES - We do not offer samples of our stock patches. However, we do guarantee your satisfaction with the product quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our quality, simply return the product for a full refund.
DISCOUNTS - In order to protect our retailers, we sell only at our suggested retail price as shown on the product page. However, we will have occasional special offers on discontinued items.
SHIPPING - Customers in the US can select between UPS and Priority Mail service. Recipient signatures are not normally required. When using UPS 3rd day, 2nd day, and next day service, remember that only normal nonholiday business days are counted not including the day on which the parcel is shipped. For example: If you select UPS 3rd day service and order on Thursday, your order may not be shipped until Friday and the third business day on which you can expect delivery will be the following Wednesday.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - We do not export and only accept international orders using APO or FPO addresses. All APO and FPO orders must be shipped via the US Postal Service. Therefore, customers with APO/FPO addresses must select the Priority Mail option.
YOUR PRIVACY - We have made every possible effort to ensure your security, privacy, and protection in regard to the use of our websites and any personal information required to buy our products. For example, we shred all desk orders as soon as the information is entered into our computer database. We delete all digital information as soon as it is no longer required by the transaction for which it was given. We do not keep credit card information on file and no customer information files or backups are kept on our remote servers.
